Yunchen Zhu is a PhD student in public affairs at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs and a research assistant at the MGMT Lab. Yunchen graduated from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China with double majors in economics and electronic information engineering. He got the MPhil degree in public administration from the University of Hong Kong. His research interests include digital governance, local bureaucracy, and collective action. He enjoys photographing, hiking, and swimming in the free time.
