Yu-Heng Jung is a doctoral student in the Evans School of Public Policy & Governance at the University of Washington. His research interests lie at the intersection of public management, policy processes, and digital governance. In particular, he is interested in the profound impact of rapidly evolving technology and decision-making tools on administration, governance, and society. Before moving to the West Coast, he was originally from Taiwan and earned a Master of Public Affairs from Indiana University Bloomington.
