Eric Stokan is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. His research focuses on community and economic development governance, decision making, policy processes, and evaluations. He is currently engaged in an evaluation of the Community Development Block Grant program for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and has previously assisted in evaluations for the U.S. Economic Development Administration. Stokan holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from the Trachtenberg School of Public Policy and Administration at George Washington University.
