Jeff Adams is a Master of Public Affairs candidate at the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs at Indiana University. He is studying policy analysis with interests in resiliency and sustainability of the built environment, energy policy, and climate change. A student in the Online MPA program, Jeff is a Principal Consultant of San Ramon, California-based ENGEO Incorporated and has over 25 years of environmental engineering consulting experience. He received his B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Washington. He enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, reading, playing tennis, watching nearly all spectator sports, gardening, and is an amateur winemaker/enthusiast.
